AN ARTIST WHO
‘PUSHES THE BOUNDARIES OF ESTABLISHED ART’
In June 2012, Kristi’s black and white artwork won an Award of Excellence worth ($2,000) through the In/Finite Earth Competition sponsored by VSA through the Kennedy Center of Performing Arts in Washington DC. This prize package included a monetary award, a 3-month group exhibition with 14 other winning artists at the Smithsonian Institution and a national tour. Since then, Kristi’s art career took off and her work has been exhibited 44 times worldwide in the last 4.5 years.

Her work has been in the Romanian Institute for Culture and Humanistic Research in Venice, Italy; notable galleries are the A.I.R Gallery in New York City and Gallery Ehva in Provincetown, MA. In January 2015, she was written up in Artscope Magazine, “as pushing the boundaries of established art” by providing a deep symbiosis between Art and Technology that creates a permanent interplay between beauty and inscrutability.
